The Rewards Hub lets you get rewards by completing simple tasks such as making deposits, trading, or getting verified on Coins.ph. Rewards can range from bonus PHP or USDT, discounts on trading fees, or early access to new Coins.ph features. It's a fun way to get rewarded for activities you're already doing on Coins.ph.

All registered users of Coins.ph may access the Rewards Hub. However, some tasks, particularly those involving higher rewards or specific features, may require successful Identity Verification (KYC).

In the Rewards Hub, just follow the simple instructions for each task within the set time. For example, a task might say "Trade 100 PHP in BTC/PHP" and show you've already traded 50 PHP, so you need 50 more to complete it. When you finish a task, it will automatically move to the Completed Tasks section.

Once you complete a task, rewards will be distributed automatically to your Spot wallet within 48 business hours. For early access benefits, an activation notification will be sent to you via email or in the app.

Most tasks are only available for a limited time. Be sure to check the time remaining for each task so that you don't miss out on your rewards.

Some tasks can be done multiple times (like "Deposit 100 PHP weekly"), while others can only be completed once. This will be indicated on the task details.

The task will move to the "Completed Tasks" section. You should receive your rewards within 48 business hours.

Please allow a few minutes for the task status to update. Contact our Support team if the status doesn't change after a reasonable time (e.g., 1 hour).

All rewards are subject to 2% tax deduction. For instance, if a task offers a reward of ₱100, you'll get ₱98 in your Spot wallet.
